Trumpets and Flugelhorns

I grew up playing music, mostly the Trumpet. Band, Symphony, Jazz Band, Pep Band, Marching Band, Drum and Bugle Corps… anything and everything just to play. I played my way through college in the 70′s with gigs of any and all sorts. The funniest, I suppose, was as the skinny white kid who can’t dance a lick in a “funk/R&B” group that payed for much of my college education. I sort of hid in the back behind a keyboard with my two left feet looking ridiculous… but man I could play that music! After graduation “real jobs” began and music was back-burnered. These days I collect, repair, play and finally sell horns. I can only keep a reasonable number for myself and daughter (who is learning to play too!)
